What forums do you recommend for software freedom discussion?

I am a member of the above mailing lists. I'm happy to follow these, and I can recommend them to others. I want to know:

a) what other forums do you follow and recommend for active discussion of free software and GNU/Linux?
b) If you have more, what newsletters or other email publication do you follow to know more about free software, freedom-friendly hardware?
